8/20/2008 Summer Reading Test The tests over the "Life of Pi" and grade level books will be administered during homeroom on Wednesday, August 20.

9/5/2008 100 Years of CHS Football! COLUMBUS HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI CELEBRATION is celebrating 100 Years of Football at Columbus High. This year is the 100th anniversary of “Blue Devil” football. The newly organized Columbus High School Alumni Association is hosting a fall weekend event September 5 and 6, to celebrate the occasion. CHS played their first football game against Industrial High (aka Jordan High School) 100 years ago. The Alumni Activities Committee has planned various events throughout the weekend to celebrate this anniversary. We also need your help spreading the word to all CHS Alums. If you know anyone who graduated from Columbus High and did not receive information about this event, ask them to submit their contact information to the CHS Alumni Association.
