Excellent Summer Opportunity - South Dakota School of Mines and Technology has an exciting summer camp program for ambitious students entering grades 9-12 interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. There are programs available in the following fields: Geology, Fossils, Mining and Explosive Engineering, electronics and computers, Metallurgy, Chemical and Biological Engineering, and Robotics.

Each camp is a week-long program on the School of Mines campus. Students will live in the dorms and get in-depth, hands-on experience working with SDSMT professors.  The curricula are fun and engaging, but also challenging enough to provide students with a great pre-college experience.

Visit  www.sdsmt.edu/learn for more information on tuition and registration . Additionally, academic and financial-need scholarships are available.
