Air Show Volunteers -  Getting the rest of your Service Hours

By Wednesday, you should go on line and sign up for "design your own."  Print up that form and write your name and  "Air Show" on it.  Bring that form to Coach Perry's room, 310 as soon as possible.

Next, the 9 hours that you need for having missed most of Sunday at the Air Show must be made up at the CYSA soccer tournament scheduled for May 24-26.  If you have another way to earn those 9 hours, see Mr. Hampton for approval, and then see me to get the proper paperwork.

For the CYSA soccer tournament, you must sign up for one day, which will run from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm with a break.  You will do shift work at this tournament; do not refuse a job given to you, or the coordinator - Mrs. Morris - has instructions to cancel the remainder of your hours and commitment to the soccer complex. Once you sign up for one day, you cannot change days; they are expecting you on the day you committed to.
