    Dear CHS Parents,

     

    I have attached a flyer about mandatory physicals for student-athletes who plan on playing a sport next year at CHS. School physicals are required by the Georgia High School Athletic Association. All physical forms must be done online.

    Dear CHS Parents, Students and Staff 

    I'm proud to report that Columbus High School has been ranked the No. 1 public high school in Georgia, according to the 2017 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools rankings that was released on Tuesday. I personally want to thank you all for your support of our program, and the guidance you offer your children. We are, as always, COLUMBUS HIGH!

  • Solar Eclipse Absence and assignment Aug. 03, 2017, 12:00 AM

     

    Dear Columbus High School Students and Parents,

     

     If a student chooses to miss school to view the eclipse, they must do the following:

     

    1. Fill out the proper pre-approved absence form (they can get this from the attendance office)

    2. Get the form signed by an administrator, parent/guardian, and all teachers before the

      date of absence.

    3. Obtain and complete the assignment from our website and turn it in to Mrs. Hefner in

      room 220 upon return. 

      The assignment  and the pre-approval must be turned in to Mrs. Hefner by August 24th for the absence to be excused.
