“Sergeant Major Frank Tuggle was born and raised in Griffin, Georgia. He graduated from Griffin High School. After graduating from high school, he joined the military. He completed Basic and Advance Individual Training as an Infantryman at Fort Benning, Georgia. He served in the Army for 24 years. He is currently retired and working as an Army JROTC Instructor at Columbus High School in Columbus, Georgia. He is married to Dr. Patricia Tuggle, and they have three children.
