You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world’s problems at once but don’t ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own.

Despite popular belief, there actually is a reason to study the past and present. Students who reflect on the successes and failures of those who came before are more informed of the ever changing world around them. By looking to the past to gauge the future, students become more aware of the ties that bring us together.

  • Learn about History. Gain an understanding of recorded history and explore how actions shape our world.
  • Learn about the present. Explore how society fucntions and invesitate the forces behind individual decisions.
  • Learn to communicate. To fully understand a subject, you must digress on it. You'll learn how to present findings and reinforce researching abilities.
  • Learn to understand. There is more than one background. You'll explore the different societies and cultures of the world, and see how each affects the present and future.
